scratch master

Transparent stickers were printed with scratches on it and are placed on cars with message that reads “Call Hosanna QMI at 846 0210 or visit Payer Lebar Road for all your car grooming needs.” Nice Idea.

Groove mixer

Sharing is caring, especially when it comes to the hottest new tracks on the charts. Portland, Oregon-based industrial designer James Owen's GrooveMixer concept for Mobile Magazine takes a stab at coaxing music lovers away from their Apple audio products. The GrooveMixer is centralized around group and community databases, taking full advantage of the wireless craze integrated within PDA's, cell phones, laptops, and the latest mp3 players. The device allows the user to search, select, mix, and even wirelessly broadcast a spontaneous and interactive custom mix of music files to the sharing community. GrooveMixer received an Award of Excellence during the 2005 Taiwan Design competition.

What would Jane Jetson do

What would Jane Jetson do about adult acne? Well, she'd use heat shock response, of course. Zapping zits gets uber-futuristic with ZENO, an acne-clearing device which uses heat shock response to kill bacteria that causes pimples. Minneapolis, Minnesota-based design firm Worrell teamed up with medical technology company Tyrell, Inc. to create a high-end certified medical device used as a cosmetic aid. The compact design feels ergonomically comfortable in any pimple-popping hand position and its ABS plastic body allows it to survive inside the most treacherous of all treacherous ladies' handbags. The sleek design is neutral and discreet, appropriate for both men and women in search of a perfect complexion.
