Swagger is quickly becoming one of those tragically overused verbs that I never thought would be applicable when discussing a female subject at length. No-chauvinist on me, but it has always come across as being reserved for slick-talking, crotch-grabbing fly guys who could pass gas and make that shit sound hot on record. However, as weary as I have become of the word which conveys the all important iller-than-thou demeanor, it's exactly what comes to mind when I heard Kelis' new album this past thursday night, and she does it better than ALL of the ladies, and 99.9% of the fellas in the game right now.
